We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from us and we understand that it may be tricky when it comes shopping online. If you find that the product does not fit well, you may return the product within 7 days from the date the item is received for an exchange or a refund.
You can choose one of the following return options:
Exchange your item for a different size or a full refund to your original payment mode.
Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is not allowed.
Please read below for instructions to process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible
For all return, exchange or refund requests, fill out and email (copy/paste) the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
Your request will be attended to your email within 1 – 2 business days.
It takes about 15 - 25 Business Days for us to get your package back, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.
All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Delivery of the ordered and paid products is carried out through the Russian Post.
DELIVERY COST & PERIOD
The cost and delivery time depends on the country of delivery and is calculated after placing an order.
In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Like a Fox and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package.
As soon as we have received the payment, your goods will be prepared and shipped. Order preparation period takes
1–2 work days after payment is complete.
PROCESSING & PAYMENT
Payments are accepted via PayPal. After checking your order, we send you an advance PayPal payment invoice that doubles as your order confirmation.
Invoicing is made in our own domestic currency. Please take into consideration the price conversion from RUB to your country's currency because the price listed in the invoice may differ from your bank statement.
DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. We suggest checking with your local post office or your local customs website to find out if that applies to you as Like a Fox does not cover additional customs fee charges. Like a Fox is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
